Here at Candy NAILS, we want to keep your hands and feet looking beautiful. Our goal is to satisfy your manicure and pedicure needs. Once you see how friendly and confident Candice is, you will want to come back, and you are certainly welcome at our nail salon.
Our salon is rather small. It has 3 spa chairs with built-in back massagers. So when you come here, it won’t be a room full of people all talking loudly. What you will get is one-on-one treatment from Candice.
Lean back in the chair and relax. Listen to the peaceful music. Talk with Candice if you like, she loves to talk and interact with people. Or you can just close your eyes and be silent.
And of course there’s the free drinks. Enjoy a small bottle of wine, whiskey, Coca Cola, or water. You also get free Hershey’s chocolate if you want it, that’s my favorite.
Last but not least, Candice is a skilled professional. She knows how to do nails. You will leave here with pretty hands and feet.
UPDATE: Candice is also a licensed esthetician… meaning she can perform facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions.
The English word manicure comes from the French word manucure, meaning “care of the hands”, which in turn originates from the Latin words manus, for “hand”, and cura, for “care”.
A pedicure is a cosmetic and therapeutic treatment of the feet and toenails. They are popular throughout the world, and especially among women.
Pedicures include care not only for the toenails; dead skin cells are rubbed off the bottom of the feet using a rough stone (often a pumice stone). Skin care is often provided up to the knee, including granular exfoliation, moisturizing, and massage.
The word pedicure is derived from the Latin words pedis, which means “of the foot”, and cura, which means “care”.
